If payment is not received in full within 10 days of receipt, $1,000 this matter will be turned
over to the Waretown Police & Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office for Theft Of Service
against you and judgment proceedings will be undertaken via a court of law. Until
payment for services rendered is received the deficit amount will compile interest along
with subsequent attorney and court fees. Interest will accrue at 35 percent every 30
days from the initiation of this invoice.
• Interviewed via Zoom conference on 10-26-20. Mr. Brenner agreed to the amount of
$1000/mo, solidified via written email exchange / 1st invoice paid.
o Marketing services SEO, competitor research, backlink building all memorialized
within the digital work product.
• Deliverables presented to Mr. Polonsky & Mr. Brenner during the scope of the working
relationship include:
o SEO Consulting on Traffic Loss
o Website Page Loading Speed
o URL Redirections
o SEO Backlink Google Document
• Mr. Poland has requested payment due for services dozens of times including emailed
invoices, direct emails, Skype videos calls & messages.
• Memorialized evidence includes Indeed scheduling, email, text & phone transcripts.
