Shoney Mathew – Theft of Service

Dear Mr. Shoney Mathew, Service Squads Plumbing,

If payment is not received in full, $3,000 this matter will be turned over to the Houston Police for Theft Of Service (a felony above $2,500) against you and judgment proceedings will be undertaken via a court of law. Until payment for services rendered is received the deficit amount will compile interest along with subsequent attorney and court fees. Interest will accrue at 35 percent every 30 days.

  • Interviewed at the Service Squads business location on Friday June 26th with Mr. Mathew.  The interview began at 11:00 am and ended @ 2:00pm.  The job listing  

was for a full time position, though a contractor arrangement was made.  Mr. Mathew negotiated the amount to $1500/mo, solidified via verbal contract in his office.

  • Marketing services included branding, website design, SEO, competitor research
  • Deliverables presented to Mr. Mathew during the scope of the working relationship include:
    • New Logo Design
    • Complete Website Redesign 
    • SEO Backlink Google Document
  • Mr. Poland has requested payment due for services rendered in person at the office and via phone call.   Mr. Mathew has hung up, acted as if he did not know Mr. Poland, and attacked the previously approved designs in an effort to evade payment.
  • Memorialized evidence includes Indeed scheduling, email, text & phone transcripts.  
  • Payment may be remitted via the previously emailed invoices or PayPal to jpoland00@gmail.com.
  • Additionally fees & interest will accrue as allowable by Texas Law.
