Miele vacuum cleaners have been trusted in homes around the world for decades. The company is known for its wide range of powerful vertical and boat vacuums. Recently, the Miele cordless vacuum cleaner, known as Triflex HX1, has a battery and superior cleaning for the whole house (including carpets, carpets and hard floors). However, with so many options, it can be difficult to decide which of the many Miele vacuum cleaners is right for you. When you buy a vacuum cleaner, it’s important to have an idea of your wishes and needs. For example, consider the type of floor in your home, the size of the room you want to clean, and any asthma or allergy problems your family may have.
With the Miele, you can get the best of both worlds. You can enjoy clean floors while still enjoying the natural beauty of wood or stone floors. One thing that makes Miele stand out from other vacuums is how good it is at cleaning different types of floors. It’s amazing at picking up pet hairs! And all of this without damaging your hardwood or stone flooring.
And of course, you can further limit your search based on other preferences, such as noise levels and ergonomics. For example, if you are parents of young children and have two cats that don’t stop spilling, you’ll need a different Miele vacuum cleaner than a young professional who moves in for the first time. The same happens if you have a two-story house or a small apartment in New York City. At the end of the day, your individual needs are important when choosing a vacuum cleaner. Fortunately, Miele has a vacuum cleaner that fits all lifestyles. In this article, we’ll review our selections for seven of the best Miele vacuum cleaners and break down some of the most important features of each.

Miele Vacuum Reviews Roundup
I bought this vacuum 6 months ago because I have new carpeting and want to keep it in good shape. I also have hardwood floors, and I love it that it has a separate attachment so I don’t damage my floors. However, I find it really hard to maneuver as it is heavy and squirrelly. I want to love it, but can’t.
I think this has to be the finest vacuum I have ever used. I know Miele makes great vacuums but this one has so many additional features that just make it perfect. It is surprisingly lightweight, it literally sucks up everything, and it’s QUIET. My husband was taking a nap and didn’t even hear the vacuum. I am so impressed with this brand and this product, and if you’re in the running for a new vacuum and don’t want to deal with the issues that Dyson’s have or other vacuums that break down after a year, buy a Miele. A vacuum shop owner once said, “You’ll only be in here for vacuum bags” when asking more about Miele’s. So there you go. Don’t hesitate to get this gorgeous vacuum.
Wow. This is a great vacuum cleaner. Powerful suction … cleans really well. My only criticism is that the powerhead for use on carpets is big and heavy. With everything else being so wonderful, couldn’t this company have come up with something a little lighter and smaller? But aside of this one problem….. you can’t beat this vacuum. It’s body is lightweight and easy to carry around. Love the way the attachments are stored in the body of the vacuum. The retractable power cord is wonderful. I bought this at the same time I bought a Dupray steam cleaner, and —between the two of them—there’s no cleaning job I can’t handle now!
Miele Vacuums vs Dyson Vacuums
When thinking about the leaders in the cordless vacuum industry, two names probably come to mind – Miele and Dyson. With large and powerful selections of canister, upright, and cordless vacuums, it’s easy to see why both companies are viewed as leaders in the industry. However, this sparks the age-old question: Which brand offers the best cordless vacuum? Miele or Dyson?
Both the Miele Triflex and Dyson models are fan-favorites, with passionate customers on both sides of the argument. This question has even sparked many debates between members of our staff. There’s no cut-and-dry answer to this question, as the answer is largely dependent on what you’re looking for in a cordless vacuum. That’s why we decided to compile this guide to help you decide whether a Miele or Dyson cordless vacuum would make a better addition to your home.

Air Filtration For Miele Vacuums
The Miele Complete C3 Marin is a great choice if you have allergies. The AirClean dust bag helps capture dust particles so no allergens or dust enter when vacuuming. Its strong suction also prevents cross-contamination, so you don’t have to worry about carrying dust or hair from room to room. The Miele Complete C3 Marin is equipped with an AirClean HEPA filter that meets stringent European HEPA 13 standards. This means that it captures more than 99.5% of all harmful lung particles up to 0.1 microns. The HEPA filter also has a single time run replacement indicator that releases a red liquid line within a year after activation. This way you know exactly when it’s time to replace the filter. The revolutionary and patented AirClean dust bag is also an essential part of Miele’s filtration system. The unique bag features 9 layers of electrostatically charged material that is designed to capture small-sized deposits in the airtight vacuum chamber. With its spring-loaded self-locking collar, you don’t have to worry about being exposed to dust and allergens harmful to your lungs. Other key features of this Miele Vacuum Cleaner The Miele Complete C3 Marin features a one-touch cable return system that completely retracts the cable. Best Value For Cleaning A Variety Of Surfaces: Miele Vacuum Compact C2 Electro Plus
Next, we have a member of Miele’s compact series: the C2 Electro+. As the name suggests, this model is smaller than that of the Complete series. However, the suction power is equal to 1200 watts. The container is also as robust as its larger counterparts. This Miele vacuum cleaner is versatile enough to clean deep pile carpets and delicate hard floors with a simple change of floor head. Some important specifications of Miele C2 Electro Plus are: RRP: operating radius of $699 -32 feet total weight – 20 lbs suction power – 1200 W brush head and tools The Miele C2 Electro+ comes with the electro plus floor head, specifically designed for deep carpet cleaning. With five height settings, you can easily switch from low-pile rugs to deep pile carpets, and the wide design helps you cover more floors at the same time. According to Miele, it also includes an electric roller brush to remove dirt and difficult debris. The second accessory is the small parquet head, which serves as a perfect complement to the electro plus floor head. This brush works best on hard and sensitive floors and has rubber wheels and soft bristles to prevent scratches. This accessory is also ideal for grabbing small deposits that get stuck between tiles. Air Filtration The Miele C2 Electro+ has a sealed filter system to prevent dust and debris from being released back into the air. It also comes with an important HEPA filter to further control dust and other allergens.
The Best Container Vacuum For Floors & Wood Coverings: Miele Vacuum Complete C3 Alize
The Miele Complete C3 Alize is another member of the Complete series. This model is cheaper than Marin, but it has the same suction power at 1200 watts. However, this Miele vacuum cleaner is mainly suitable for wooden floors, low pile carpets and surface carpets. It is also slightly lighter than Marin and weighs just under 20 pounds. Some of the key specifications of Miele C3 Alize include: MSRP – $699 operating radius – total weight 36 feet – 20 lbs suction power – 1200 W brush head and tools. Unlike Marin, the Miele C3 Alize is supplied with suction based accessories only. This means that Alize is air driven rather than electrically powered. Instead of a parquet chipper, this model comes with a combined Allteq floor head, ideal for hardwood floors and low-pile carpets. One of the coolest features of the Allteq combo floor head is its retractable bristles that protect wooden floors from scratches. When the bristles are on the head of the floor, the metal sole allows you to clean low carpets and carpets quickly and gently. However, when working on hard surfaces, the bristles come out to cushion the floor and protect it from scratches. Air Filtration As with the Marin and Electro+ models, Alize is equipped with a HEPA filter and a Miele AirClean dust bag. This model also has a sealed system, which means that the air it absorbs is cleaner than the air it absorbs. This is a big plus for those who have asthma or allergy problems. Other key features of this Miele vacuum cleaner The handle features a spotlight that illuminates dust and debris in cabinets, cracks, drawers and small spaces. Suggestion! Starting in March 2021, Miele decided to let this vacuum cleaner slide out of the lineup. It is likely to be replaced by a new model in the coming months.

Miele Vacuum Classic C1 Compact Pure Suction Miele Classic C1 is undoubtedly the lightest (and cheapest!) Boat vacuum cleaner on our list. However, this model is only the right choice for you if you live in a house with predominantly hard floors. This vacuum cleaner is not designed to handle medium or deep pile carpets and should only be used on carpets with sensitive areas or small areas with low pile carpets. Some of the key specifications for Miele C1 Pure Suction are: RRP: operating radius of $299 – Total weight 29 feet – 13 lbs suction power – 1200 W brush head and tools This Miele C1 Pure suction cup comes with only one floor head attachment: the AllTeq combo floor head. As mentioned in the Miele Complete C3 Alize, this floor head has retractable bristles designed to protect your delicate hardwood floors. Like all Miele drum vacuum cleaners, this model has six adjustable suction settings. Air Filtration The Miele Classic C1 Pure suction comes with the AirClean filter and dust bag. However, you can easily turn it off with a HEPA filter for advanced filtration if you want.
Best Upright Miele Vacuum Cleaner: Miele Dynamic U1 Cat & Dog Miele
The only upright vacuum cleaner on our list and has extremely impressive suction performance. Some of the key specifications of Miele U1 Cat and Dog include: RRP – operating radius $699 – Total weight 45 feet – 23 lbs suction power – 1200 W brush head and tools In addition to the standard brush, upholstery tool and slit tool that comes with all models of canisters and Vertical Miele, Dynamic U1 Cat and The Dog contains a mini turbo brush designed to remove pet hair from hairs, furniture and upholstery. Although this model is not equipped with a HEPA filter, it has a sealed system to capture 99.9% of dust and allergens.
More Main Features
Other main features of this Miele vacuum cleaner One function that distinguishes this model from others is the LED headlight. This helps to light up dust, debris and pet hair that you have lost to the naked eye, a great plus for those with pets that fall off. This model also features automatic height adjustment that allows vacuum to automatically detect floor height and adjust it accordingly without losing suction power.
Best Light Battery Vacuum: Miele Triflex HX1 in Grey, White and Red
The newly released Triflex HX1 is Miele’s first cordless vacuum cleaner. These models have all the advantages of a traditional emergency vacuum cleaner without limitations. Miele’s standard Triflex HX1 is extremely lightweight at just eight pounds. But let yourself be fooled by the fact that it is lightweight, you: this model is actually the perfect weight to ensure that the vacuum cleaner is easy to maneuver and strong enough to absorb dirt and debris from your floors. Some of the main specifications of the Miele Triflex HX1 standard include: MSRP: battery life $499 – 60 minutes. Total Weight: 8 lbs Automatic Surface Recognition The triflex family of cordless vacuum cleaners is designed to automatically detect the type of floor they are used on and apply the right amount of suction for effective cleaning. This means you don’t have to spend any more time changing accessories or cleaning your heads when you move from room to room. Miele Triflex models can even be used on medium pile and deep pile carpets, which is a rare feature for most cordless vacuum cleaners. In fact, they are as powerful and efficient as traditional high-performance boat vacuums. 3-in-1 design Miele designed the Triflex with an innovative 3-in-1 design that allows you to rearrange each piece to change the weight distribution of the vacuum.
Triflex Vacuum Disassembly & Power Supply
Each vacuum cleaner can be easily disassembled and reconnected in seconds and can be adjusted according to where you want to clean. When the power supply is placed on top under vacuum, it becomes heavier on top and looks like a traditional wireless model. However, placing the power supply at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner reduces part of the pressure on the arms. This allows you to clean your house thoroughly without feeling like you’re doing full body exercise. The best part? When you completely remove the power supply, it can be used to detect clean surfaces, sofas and stairs. You can even take the device to your car for quick and easy cleaning of your interior without worrying about finding a power outlet. Touchless Triflex trash can be emptied with a simple twist of a handle. But do not worry: the dust will not end up on the floor again (which sometimes happens with a conventional battery Miele vacuum cleaner). You don’t even have to worry about opening the trash can over a garbage can. With the Miele Triflex HX1, you can easily remove the trash can and take it to the nearest garbage can for the most hygienic disposal possible. Is the Miele Triflex HX1 quiet? When operating with the lowest setting (70 dB), the vacuum hum is slightly higher than the volume of a normal call. Although competitors like the Dyson battery vacuum cleaner also have a volume of 70 dB, the Triflex frequency is lower, which makes the hum less noticeable.
Best Battery Vacuum Cleaner for Pet Hair: Miele Triflex HX1 Cat and Dog Miele
The cat and dog model comes with all the features of the standard Triflex. However, it is specifically designed to absorb pet hair and filter out dander and other allergens. Some of the key specifications of Miele Triflex HX1 for cats and dogs include: MSRP: battery life $499 – 60 minutes. Total Weight: 8 lb brush head and tools The Miele Triflex Cat and Dog model comes with an additional motorized mini brush to clean pet hair from furniture and upholstery. The detachable power supply also allows you to take Triflex outside to clean stubborn dog hair inside your car. Another bonus to this model is that the cleaning head has LED lights to illuminate any fur you’ve missed. Allergen Filtration and Management An important difference between standard Triflex and cat and dog is that the latter comes with a HEPA filter. These filters absorb 99.999% of small particles and allergens, making this model ideal for allergy sufferers or asthma.
What is Hygenic Emptying?
Due to the high air passage of the internally designed motor, the massively high flow speed ensures outstanding separation of coarse soil and fine dust across the collection containers. Therefore, the person cleaning is safeguarded from clouds of vile dust coalescing upward upon container opening! The containers are emptied completely through the bottom with a minimum of dust escaping the rim.
Are Miele vacuum cleaners reliable?
