Shipping and Delivery Information
Designer Home Surplus has quick and secure methods of shipping and delivery. For standard smaller items, it will take UPS about 1-7 business days from the day your order is shipped from the warehouse. (Not from the day the order is placed)
Freight Delivery Information
For larger orders such as ranges, refrigerators, and cooktops, freight is required.
Standard Delivery – This includes delivery to your front door (steps are not included). Always check your delivery upon arrival and if you notice any damage refuse the delivery, note it on the delivery slip and contact us immediately at 866-574-5857.
White Glove Delivery – This delivery includes delivery to the room of your choice and packaging removal. Inspect your item at the time of delivery if you notice any problem please contact our customer service department at 214-306-6900.
Turn-Key in Home Delivery & Install – This delivery method includes delivery to the room of your choice installation and packaging removal. These services may be added to your order for an additional charge by calling our sales department at 866-574-5857.
Nation-wide deliveries are only made on business days (Monday-Friday)
Local Dallas-Ft Worth deliveries are Monday-Friday and (Saturdays by special appointment with added fee)
Freight delivery times are generally 1-2 weeks*. If you live in a remote area, have a steep or unusual driveway, or a ferry is required to complete the delivery, additional time and charges may apply. Returns on freight items must also be returned via freight.
