Alfresco AXE-PZA-BI Review

Fully functional outdoor kitchens are already considered a luxurious feature that many homeowners are investing in. What better way to bring your outdoor kitchen design to the next level than by installing your very own outdoor pizza and culinary oven? The Alfresco Built-In AXE-PZA-BI is the ultimate addition to indulge your every pizza craving while also delivering faster results when baking, broiling, and roasting all your other favorite foods.

Able to reach over 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit and preheat in only 15 minutes, the Alfresco Pizza Oven features commercial-grade power and performance in a sleek and sophisticated design that integrates well in any style outdoor kitchen. Manufactured with high quality stainless steel, this built-in oven is 30 inches wide with a total of 456 sq. inches of cooking space.

Heat radiates throughout the entire oven cavity through 2 different high powered burners: one 20,000 BTU ceramic slab heart and another 20,000 BTU ceramic tube log burner. The ceramic log rapidly radiates, absorbs, and distributes heat throughout the oven as well as up to the ceramic ceiling slab for an intense heat emitting from all directions. At the same time, the ceramic slab heart provides a constant and even searing heat that cooks food quickly.AXE-PZA-BI

With a double walled removable top as well as removable hinges and door, cleanup and maintenance is convenient and easy. Separate controls manage the different burners and with Alfresco’s exclusive natural air-cooling plenum, the control panel stays cool to the touch. Effortlessly oversee the cooking process with built-in halogen lighting, and achieve a variety of different results with the included smoker tray that can be used for wood chips, herbs, or even water for steam.

Durable, powerful, and stylish, the AXE-PZA-BI is available in both natural gas and LP configurations.
